Gap Inc.’s corporate Intranet, The Thread is the central digital info hub for employees. It was built on a modernized technology platform that includes state-of-the-art search, increased speed and performance, a new look + feel and more. The Thread is seen as a trusted communications channel for employees across six brands in more than five countries.

Role: I led the enterprise development in partnership with an external agency and internal technology team and communication of Gap Inc.’s first Intranet re-launch to 130,000 employees in ten years.
